Grace Jump '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Grace Jump. I have been playing softball since little league. I hope to be able to pursue the major I will want and enjoy while also playing softball. I believe I am very committed to my teams and I have a drive to play hard for them. I keep my grades up and usually get all A's and sometimes B's. What makes me different is my work ethic and how much practice and working out I'm willing to put in each day. Besides practicing, I also go to the gym regularly and I am playing volleyball for the 2022 fall season. My hopes for next season is to maintain a good ERA and help my team out.

I have a strong determination to do good for my community, especially living in a Native American community that I want to represent. A large amount of my community supports my softball team; younger girls who play softball here have told me they look up to me and want to play like me. This past season, I was one of the region leaders in strike outs with a total of about 211 strike outs. I plan to make the most of my last year of playing high school softball and hopefully continue playing in college.
