Allison Hamel '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coach, I am Allison Hamel, I am a sophomore at Rancho Solano Preparatory School. My grad year is 2024 and I am 16 years old, and I would love to purse my athletic career in college. I am from Hermosa Beach California, I hope to peruse in the field of Science or Business. I have been playing softball for 10 years now, I have 7 years of catching experience and 3 years of 1st base experience. My love and passion for this sport comes from my drive to always learn new things and get better every practice and game. I am someone who can lift up with team with my upbeat energy and love for the sport. Encouraging teammates and helping when I can has always been something very important to me! Ever since I was young I have been playing up for my age, I feel this has helped me mature and develop as a person and player. Being around older players has taught me how to be humble and hardworking, from things such as fighting for a starting spot to keeping my energy up when innings and games get long.
