I’ve been playing softball since I was 10 years old, and it has shaped me into the athlete and person I am today. Throughout my high school career, I’ve developed both my physical skills and mental toughness, achieving several key milestones along the way. As a sophomore, I broke my high school’s record for most career strikeouts—a record I set during the same game in which I hit my first home run. That game also marked my 300th strikeout, a significant feat considering the limited number of games in our season.
I’m a 3-time All-State and 3-time All-District recipient, honors that reflect both my consistency and competitive drive. One of the accomplishments I’m most proud of came after facing adversity: following a broken ankle and knee surgery, I returned to the field and recorded over 130 strikeouts in a single season. That experience deepened my understanding of what it means to persevere.
While I’ve earned additional strikeouts in travel ball, I focus my stats on high school competition. Over the years, the game has taught me to believe in myself and to trust my defense—lessons that carry me through every pitch.
