Bethany Alconcher '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Bethany Alconcher. I am class of 2025 at Buchanan High School. I currently play for Athletics Jendro Moorehead 18u. Having played softball for most of my life, I’ve played multiple positions on the field but now primarily play 2nd base and shortstop. Ever since I started playing softball I have had a strong connection to the game. This connection to the game has always led me to want to play in college at an even more competitive level. As I have continued to play softball I have learned that there is always struggle, but with determination and effort you can succeed. I work hard on and off the field. In the classroom I study very hard and have obtained a 4.0 GPA. My goal is to challenge myself in academics and in athletics, continuing into college. I plan on majoring in kinesiology to better understand my role in my craft and work towards becoming a sports physical therapist to help on the medical side of athletics.
