Haley Wolf '19 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Haley Wolf and I am a senior at Costa Mesa High School in Costa Mesa, California. I have been playing softball since I was five years old and it has always been my dream to play softball in college. I love the game itself, the great friends I have made and the places I have seen playing softball. Softball is my passion!

Playing for my high school brings me such joy! I feel a huge sense of pride representing my school. I will have memories for a lifetime of playing with the kids I grew up with and seeing all my classmates there to watch us. There is just a buzz around campus on game day! The highlight of my high school softball career so far was winning the battle of the bell game against our city rivals. I was the winning pitcher in a huge game!

As for travel, every game has led me to where I am today. The game and all that goes with it, is character building. I am stronger, disciplined, driven and can take on life’s challenges with success. The coaches, the tournaments, the early mornings, rigorous practices, three plus games in a day, the rapid fire decision making. I love all of it!

I am looking forward to my college experience! I plan to major in advertising or marketing. On the field, I plan to continue my development as a softball player. I'm excited to meet a new group of teammates and coaches. I am ready to work harder than ever!
