Hello my name is Kindall Pierson what makes me a good candidate for your team is that ,  I am a hard working person who always finds ways to help others. My parents taught me that if you work hard enough you won’t go unseen which is what I go by and I prove that when I play softball.  What makes me different from other recruits is my passion of not giving up and learning  from my mistakes.  I can also put 110% of hard work all the time to prove that I am the right fit.
