Aloha Coaches!

My name is Tehani Seto and I've been playing softball for 11 years. I fell in love with softball when I was only six and my coach told me I had talent.  Since then, softball has been one of my greatest passions and I would love and be honored to play at the Collegiate Level.

 As an athlete, I work my hardest on the field to grow as a player, improve my softball IQ, and just have fun. I have learned to take the lessons of losing, winning, setbacks, gains, and hard work and apply them into my life.  As a person that has struggled with ADHD, being a softball player has helped me find ways to overcome this by being organized and pushing myself physically and especially mentally. 

I have always believed that there is no such thing as "settling" in softball. This is why I never settle and am always doing what I can to improve as a player and constantly grow as a person. As a pitcher, I understand that it is my duty to work five times as hard in my off time because I want my team to know that I work hard for my ”family” and I am committed to my sisters and the coaches.

My dad always tells me that "what I do when no one is watching defines my true character". This is why, even when my team isn't practicing, or the other girls are on a break, I am out on the softball field working hard and getting better.

I truly love softball and all that it has helped teach me to overcome obstacles. I am especially grateful for the lessons I have learned to be the person I am today. I very much appreciate you taking the time to preview my profile! Mahalo!
