I started my athletic journey as a dancer, gymnast, and cheerleader. Although I loved them all, I never felt it was the sport I was born to play. In the seventh grade, I overheard my friend talk about her softball game that she attended over the weekend, and ever since it has been something I strive to work hard for every day. I started my softball career playing rec ball, all-star teams, small travel teams, and I have worked my way up to my current team, 18U So Cal 3D. I am extremely thankful for my coaches that have taught me my skills on and off the field.
To tell you a little bit about myself, I am an extremely hard worker, I do and will continue to always put my best foot forward. I push myself to be the best and have a positive attitude while doing so. I am a very strong team player, and will always be there to pick up my teammates. I am an honest, sincere, humble, selfless, and innovative player on and off the field. Fitness and health is something I am highly passionate about, working out, and exercising is almost like therapy for me. Staying healthy, taking care of your body and building muscle is very important. My freshmen and sophomore year started every day with a 6 am personal trainer workout before school. Not only being an athlete but a STUDENT athlete is also extremely important. I am halfway through my sports medicine career pathway in high school, as I am going into my junior year I plan on taking AP and honors courses to continue to push myself for the best grades I can. I hope to maintain my student-athlete career at the next level, where I will continue to strive to be the best.
