Savannah Rafkin '19 Recruiting Profile

Softball became my number one passion at the age of 5 when I picked up a bat for the first time.  Ever since, I've worked hard to grow and develop as a person and player both on and off the field.  I believe in playing wherever I'm needed for the good of the team.  Who wouldn't want to know that you helped your team win a championship while representing your school?

I attend Niwot High School, maintaining a 3.3 GPA.  I'm currently experiencing what it means to be a scholar-athlete and know this will help me succeed as a collegiate athlete.  I'm hoping to attend a mid-size university in the Midwest/West but I'm more than willing to explore every option out there. I plan on majoring in Political Science.

My dream has always been to play softball at the collegiate level.  I’ve been lucky enough to travel internationally and I would love to play on an international team or travel to different parts of the world helping promote softball as a sport.
