Amber Nichols '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Amber Nichols; I am a junior at Windsor High School, located in Northern Colorado. The purpose of this statement is to express my desire to play softball at a high level while also challenging myself academically. Softball has taught me many valuable lessons. It has taught me to persevere through failures, how to handle pressure and what it means to be held accountable. It has also connected me with players and coaches who have made a lifelong impact on my life. I strive to be an encouraging and supportive teammate to everyone on my team, while also working hard and pushing myself to do more than I thought I could. I value feedback from coaches and make a conscious effort to listen and apply it. Being a part of a team, something bigger than myself, creating lifelong friendships with teammates, and further developing my character is what drives me to become a student athlete.
