Kaylee Rasmussen '15 Recruiting Profile

Right now I am a senior, and i herd from many people that, "your beast at softball". Then i ask my self, "really". I love softball, i have been playing since i was four years old. Coaches on other teams say to my coach, "she is a D1 player". My dad trys not to tell me what other coaches, players are saying about me.  But he saids, "even though I shouldnt tell you, but I know you are muture, and you never get a big head, and you can care less what other people say about you, you just want to play the game". In fact that is true, when i am here to play the game, i can play it all day long. 
Honestly softball makes me feel like i am in a different world, because with all that blood flowing through your vains while being the lead off batter, and zoneing out all those screaming fans, digging your cleat in to the soft dirt, gripping your bat till the pitcher makes her move, and that last breath you take before your crush the ball. Well that is the best feeling in the world.
