Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since I was 8 years old. My love and passion for the game is never ending. I have aspired to compete at the collegiate level for as long as I can remember. I am committed to doing all I can to achieve that goal.
I am a leader on and off the field. Getting my teammates pumped, focused, and ready to play is very important to me and crucial to the success of a team. I am one of the hardest working people and recruits you will meet.
I am also very committed to my academics. Academic success is very important to me as it is a gateway to my future. I am taking all honors and AP courses and attend one of the top schools in my state known for academic rigor. I am apart of the Athletic Leadership Club, Student Council, National Honor Society, and I lettered in varsity field hockey.
I also enjoy other activities outside of softball, like riding horses, hiking and volunteering.
My dream is to attend a college where I have an opportunity to be competitive on the field and push myself in the classroom. I hope to become a great teammate and role model to all.
