Personal Statement

Hello, I'm an honor-roll student athlete playing varsity softball as a pitcher for Wilson High School in Washington DC.  I maintain a GPA of 3.65 and play for DC Elite travel team in the fall and summer.  This year I am nominated for the Gatorade Player of the Year 2022 award, won MVP in DCIAA Championship.

My pitch speed is 58 MPH with an average of 12 strikeouts for 7 innings consistently.  Batting average is .531.  Running homerun speed is 2.4 seconds.  My goal is to pitch 60 MPH by senior year to be recruited with a great University athletic program.  In addition to pitching, I enjoy stopping all balls as a shortstop and utility player for the DC Elite travel team for 5 seasons.  I really enjoy traveling to showcase events and university camps for training.  This year our school won DCIAA Championship and I received MVP and best pitcher trophies.

Next year, my plan is to play college softball and major in atmospheric science with interest in Meteorology.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
