Personal Statement
I am a well rounded student athlete and have always made it my goal to achieve the highest grades possible, while also doing well in sports. I started off my softball career playing T-Ball and coach pitch ball at my local recreation department, before transitioning into the sport of competitive gymnastic. During my time as a gymnast I gradually began to miss my days on the field, so after 3 years I made my way back to the one sport I truly love…softball. I am a passionate person who loves to compete on and off the field, but at the same time I know the importance of lifting up my teammates and encouraging them to reach their best. I plan to attend a college where I can further my education in Sports Medicine to become an athletic trainer while also pursuing my career in softball. My dream is to play for the Oklahoma City Sparks in the WPF, and then transition into working for a professional sports team as their athletic trainer.
