Ava Moon '23 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches!

I am a 2023 recruit who is working hard and dreaming big about an opportunity to play competitive college ball. I would love a chance to show my skills to a coach and program who desires my skill set.  I am fast, I steal bases, I am athletic at any position you put me in, and I hit consistently.  I pitch and play middle infield for high school.  I play middle infield and outfield on my travel team.  Regardless of the position I am in, I try my best to execute at the highest level.

I am not a fake hype girl.  I am a cheerleader in the dugout, but a "steady get the job done" girl when on the field.  I handle pressure well and like to be heads up on the bases and make things happen.  I am a team player and appreciate the success of others as well.  

I do good in school and have been awarded the Scholar Athlete Award each year.  I plan on taking the ACT & SAT this year.

I am competitive by nature and I really appreciate Oconee County High School Coaches and Staff for nominating me and voting me in as the Female Athlete of the Year for 2021.  I was excited to be nominated in 2022 too.  My goal is to secure the title again for my senior year in 2023.
