Isabella Rose '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Isabella Rose, I'm a Christian athlete, and I'm from Hardin Co. IL. My collegiate goals include going to college to fulfill my dreams of playing college softball, and to pursue my education into elementary education to teach. I believe that I'm a good candidate for a team because of my good sportsmanship, my cooperation with others, my work ethic, my leadership skills, and I am very coachable. There is always something new to learn. I primarily play catcher and 1st base, but I can play anywhere except pitcher. When I'm not on the field playing, I'm still there for my team, because we should be there for each other both on and off the feild. I also believe that as a student athlete academics are just as important as athletics. I finished my freshman and sophomore year with a 5.0 GPA, and currently maintaining a 5.0 GPA my Junior year,  as well as taking 3 college classes. This year I'm looking forward to starting and being the founding member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at my high school. I  have also taken a position as Student Assistant Coach for our schools Jr. High softball team and really enjoy teaching young ladies this game I love.
