Allison Bauch '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Allison, I mainly go by Allie, but I also go by Baba and Bob. I am 5'5" and 140 pounds. I have been playing softball for 12 years. I also play volleyball and basketball. I made varsity as a sophomore for basketball and volleyball. I have been on the Varsity softball team since I was a freshman. I made all-conference and all-area and was voted best defensive player as a Sophomore and a Junior. I brought a lot of leadership to the team even as a under classman and was Co-Captain as a Junior. I am always the first one on the field and first off. My travel team, the Illinois Sluggers, placed 2nd at NSA "A" Nationals in 2010. The Sluggers have a great program and I love the girls I play with. I leave everything I have on the field every game. I also have a great mental game being in multiple sports. My whole life, I have had the dream to play softball in college. I want to play with girls that are just as passionate as I am. I am open to any type of school. I would like to continue to work with althletes when I am older.
