Mandy Hacker '27 Recruiting Profile

What I think makes me a good candidate is my attitude. I show up to practice with a smile on my face but take softball seriously and also can have fun at the same time. When I make a mistake, I don't get mad at myself, I learn from it. I talk to the coaches after practice or at the time and ask how I can improve or what I could have done differently. When learning a new position, I will talk to the coaches ahead of time and see if we can work on plays before practice or practice more after to better myself with different scenarios. I do my best in the classroom and take the required courses needed for school. I have already received some college credits for Spanish I and II, and I am also the secretary for the FFA at my school.
