Molly Marquardt '23 Recruiting Profile

I started to play softball when I was nine years old. Since then, my softball goal has been to play at the collegiate level. I continuously try to achieve this goal through practice and private hitting, fielding, and catching lessons. 

At school, I'm always on time, strive for high grades, and maintain a 4.0 GPA. I treat my teachers and classmates with respect as I wish to be treated. 

I am a coachable player and strive to get better each day. I am a team leader, and I encourage all of my teammates to push themselves harder than the day before. 

I want to attend a college where I can push myself to get better on and off the field. I hope to become someone that shows others they can reach their goals and to never give up.
