Personal Statement

I have a few collegiate goals and aspirations. One of my goals is to get good grades so I can have a great profession in education.  I want to be accepted into a good college, in order to get a good education and to be apart of a good softball program. I feel I would be a good candidate for a softball team because I work hard in my academics as well as in my training for softball. I collaborate with my teammates, and I always strive to stay positive. Lastly, I always give my all to win in games and motivate my teammates to not get down on themselves in a game. I have displayed leadership skills since the age thirteen by running the team warm up drills, and communicating important information about the uniforms, game times, and practice times from the request of my coach. Traits that I possess that may separate me from others is my leadership ability, and I handle constructive criticism well. Lastly, I have learned  to never get too over confident and to never get too down on myself in a game. Traits that I possess that may separate me athletically is that I am always willing to know what I can do to improve. I always give 110% whether I am on or off the field. I understand that practicing on my own is just as equally important as practicing with the team. Lastly, I believe a good softball player needs to have a lot of athleticism, and daily workout routines which can also help me maintain a healthy lifestyle. Traits that I possess that may separate me academically is I take pride in my academics, I work hard to be efficient, and as a future educator I want to learn as much as I can to be a great role model for children.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
