Personal Statement

I started playing softball at 7 yrs. old and by the time I was 8 yrs. old, I decided to start pitching. I've played with many different travel ball teams and I've had several great coaches. My pitching coach told me when I was 10 that I wasn't going to be happy if I didn't make Varsity as a Freshman so that was my goal and I accomplished that goal. My coach is always complimenting me for looking him in the eyes when he is talking to me. He also compliments me on how I keep my composure on the mound. My current GPA is 4.167. I received academic Summa Cum Laude with highest honor for my freshman year.
