Personal Statement
Hi, I am Brooke Snyder and I am privileged to be able to share my goals and passions with you. In college my dreams are to play Division 1 softball, while maintaining a 4.0 Grade Point Average and pursing a degree in Nursing. Division 1 softball has been my dream since I was 8 and I started playing when I was 5. Since I was 9 I have played travel softball at a competitive level. For my first year I played for Indiana Rage, and then for my next 4 seasons I played for the Indy Rebels at an "A" level. Then this year I went to the Indiana Prospects still at an "A" level. I work very hard every day of the week from practice, catching lessons, hitting lessons, catching for multiple pitchers at their lessons, and speed and agility. On the field as a catcher you can see everything and you are involved in every play which means you are able to communicate and take charge on the field. I love being a leader and doing anything to make my team be the best they can be. I have been on the Plainfield Middle School team both 7th and 8th grade year, and 7th grade year we had a winning record. I was starting catcher in every game, while maintaining a 4.0 GPA and enrolled in 4 advanced classes. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
