I started playing softball at age five and quickly found a love for the game. Fast forward eleven years down the road to currently where I am and all that I bring to the field. I strive to be the best role model I can be both on and off the field not only for my peers but for my personal beliefs in the power of your attitude and the places you will or won't go depending on it. I also have learned throughout the years that attitude is everything in sports as well as life. The attitude I strive to achieve is always positive and constructive as I have learned that this will not only take me far in this sport, but also has and will take me far in my future life.
Playing College level Softball is a dream of mine and would be an honor for me to play for a team and represent a school. I currently attend Yale Softball Academy where I work diligently on improving my skills everyday because I’m a strong believer that I always can improve in every aspect of the sport and live up to our motto of being a Life Champion. I am blessed to be coached by the Canada Senior Women’s National Team Hitting and Defensive Coach and other current and former National Players in Yale Academy located in Abbotsford,BC (Canada). Because there is always room for me to improve, I work as hard as I can to achieve my goals everyday.
When I'm not playing softball, I work as hard balancing my job as well as my studies which are extremely important to me. I currently work with children in the sports development aspect and in the child care sector as well. When I am not playing softball or working, I also enjoy volunteering with kids at a local elementary school in Canada. Because I'm constantly around young children, I try to apply everything within my beliefs of good character into my job because I understand the positive impact I have on their lives. I currently maintain a 3.94 GPA and plan on taking my SAT'S in the fall of 2020. Thank you for reading about me!
