Erica Ross '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Erica Ross. I am a 2024 RHP. I completed my freshman year at Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff, Missouri in May 2025 where I was one if the starting pitchers on our NJCAA DIV I team. I also finished my academic year with a 4.0 GPA. I’m taking my Associate of Arts degree with a major in psychology. 

I have been playing softball since I was 8 years old and started pitching in my first year or two. When I’m not in the circle, I also play first base. My goal is to play for a competitive program where the coaches and players alike share a strong work ethic and contribute to a positive team atmosphere. I plan to graduate from University with my degree in psychology.

I  work hard at everything I do, whether it is athletics or academics.  While my primary focus is on school and softball, I also balance that off with extra curricular activities such as other sports and spending time with family and friends.

One of the things I love most about softball is that it continually challenges me. Softball has also given me the opportunity to meet new people and travel. I have been able to play in Provincial and National Championships as well as games and tournaments throughout Canada and the United States.

I have recently started coaching younger softball athletes and enjoy being able to share my skills and love of the game.

I am looking forward to attending a 4 year university where I can continue my education and softball goals.
