I was born in Calgary Alberta but moved to a small town two hours north called Rimbey. When I moved to Rimbey I had no intention of playing sports. That is until I met my coach Grant. Grant is the reason I’m where I am at with my softball career. He gave me the drive and dedication to give a sport more than I thought I could ever offer. I put my blood sweat and tears into softball and firmly believe that whatever a coach asks for, they will get. Ive recently chose to give up my other athletics to focus on softball. I believe that if I work as hard as I can, I can become a great athlete. I fell in love with the game at a young age and gave it my all, softball gave back by giving me a family, on and off the field, the grit and dedication to push through hardship and softball even gave me a broken leg. I’ve never seen my leg as a weakness but much rather a strength, since I broke it I’ve had the drive to show others who believe I am weak, that I am so much more then what they believe.
