Since I started playing softball at 7 years old I knew I wanted to play the sport as long as I possibly could do so and get the most out of my abilities. I started taking hitting lessons when I was 10 and have continued taking them on a weekly basis ever since. Outside of regular practices/tournaments, I continue working on my own to try and continually improve both offensively and defensively.
My dedication extends beyond the playing field as I train 4 to 5 days a week doing strength, speed, and agility training at GRIT Performance 515. Setting and achieving monthly goals has allowed me to to get stronger and faster which I feel has had a direct effect on improving my game.
I am driven to be the best softball player I can be and am so excited to continue pursuing my goal of playing softball at the college level. I am looking for a program that values not only talent but a player who emphasizes being a great teammate and a sincere desire to be part of a great college program!
