Brooklyn Pike '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brooklyn Pike, Im an 8th grader at Maize Middle School. I fell in love with the game of softball when I was only 4 years old. I was born and raised most of my life in Abilene Texas. I moved to Kansas in June of 2020 with my parents for their careers. I have played only softball since I was 4 years old. I play Short Stop, and also Catcher. Putting in work for softball is my favorite thing to do, and is my escape from everything else going on in the world. Some of my favorite things to do when I am not on the field are, Working out at the gym, and spending time with family. My father, and I spend a lot of time watching other teams play the game, and study plays they execute. We watch college softball, and try to come up with different ways to make our team better. My favorite School is the University of Texas in Austin Texas. My second favorite school is Oregon. My favorite color is blue. My favorite meal, is anything that came from Chik Fil A. I am a hard worker, and continue to put the work in to have the ultimate goal of stepping onto a college field.
