Hey Coaches! My name is Gretchen and I've been playing softball for over 12 years! One of the most important things I've learned is how attitude controls performance. When I was little I was aways surrounded by the idea of the 7 second rule, acknowledge, improve, reset. I've had it perfected for quite some time but as I got into 14u, the other girls didn't quite get it. So I developed myself to be the most supportive teammate that I can be. One negative attitude brings down the whole team, but I've learned how to change that attitude and the switch in playing quality is almost instant. I'm also know to be at the cages very frequently. I always want to be improving and I push myself to do so. The days I don't put in work just means someone else is out there, working harder and gaining opportunities I could of had. So I could never let that happen. Shoot me a text, I think we'd be a great team. :)
