I am Mackenzie Gorczyca. I stand for hard work, determination, excellence, and honesty. My parents have taught me to do the best in everything I do, give 100% into everything. They have also taught me to be myself before anything, to not let other people influence me and my decisions. I have learned that people’s attitudes rub off on you, and if you’re not careful, you could turn into a completely different person. My parents have held me accountable for my actions, and to own everything I do. They have installed in me a drive to do extra, to go the extra mile, to get the job done and to better myself. I know that when I am working my butt off, my competitors may not be doing the same; that if I work my hardest and push myself, I will be ready come game day. I will be ready to face whatever challenges may lie on the field, and be ready to tackle any obstacle with every ounce of effort I have.
