Bailey Wilson '21 Recruiting Profile

At a young age I fell in love with the game of softball and I knew I wanted to continue playing  for as long as I could, leading to my desire to play at the college level.   I've worked hard on the field and off for years to improve my game and ultimately play at the next level. 

Being on a both a high school and travel team that faces very skilled competition drives me work hard to achieve the goals I have set for myself and for my teams.  Being a role player is one of the most important skills that I possess; I can be in any spot in the line up and deliver what is asked of me. I am an outgoing person and bring tons of energy and spirit to each of the teams that I am apart of.  I'm  also  a very strong leader and step up when needed to bring focus and encouragement in difficult situations.  

Off  the field, I strive to maintain my high GPA and continue to be an active member of the National Honor Society. I volunteer in many ways to help my community, and i also enjoy taking classes that challenge me and develop  me into a better student. 

I believe that with my  positive energy, leadership skills, and work-ethic, I would be a great fit and make an immediate impact to any college team.
