Jayden Quarters '21 Recruiting Profile

My personal goal is to continue to play softball after high school.  Academics and athletics are important to me.  I began taking high school classes in junior high.  I have managed to maintain a 4.0 for 5 semesters at this point.  My plan is to become an Anesthesiologist.

I have played Center Field for 3 years now making some amazing catches (leaping at the fences, diving for balls) earning me multiple MVP awards from other teams and coaches.  Previously I played 2nd base, but center field has been a great move for me.  I have awesome speed and the eye to judge balls.  My arm velocity, throwing from center field to home is 60 mph.  I throw left handed.

I am a switch hitter.  I can hit for power with my right hand and lay down a nice bunt.  I can also lay down nice bunts with my left hand and am working on my slapping.  I will be attending a slapping camp at Butler University in Jan 2018.  My exit velocity hitting is 60 mph.  I have amazing speed on the bases and love to steal!  Last year (2017), I had 25 stolen bases in six tournaments.  My time from home to first is 2.99 seconds and home to home is 12.18 seconds, this was measured on astroturf in a field house.
