Teagan Hofstrand '27 Recruiting Profile

Im a 2027 graduate at Detroit Lakes Highschool and a three sport athlete. I played JV my 7th grade year and played JV my summer season. I practiced with my varsity team over the summer and i played a varisty game once and it was a great learning expirence hitting against girls who throw over 50MPH at LPA. I primarily played Left Field for varsity and i also catch as i was needed. I recently transferred to detroit lakes highschool to get a better learning experience, i played my 2025 softball season with them and had an awesome season. I played JV due to a transfer reason but i didnt see it as a pushback but i did see it as a learning experience. I caught for the JV team and toward the end of the year i started at shortstop and got a passion for it. I am fast, strong and a quick learner. I enjoy learning from my mistakes as that makes me a better player. I love helping younger teamates and being a coach. I love having a competion to play against as it helps me learn and become a better teamate.
