I have been playing softball since I was six and all through the years my love for it has grown. I remember in the beginning it was all about having fun in the dugout with my friends. As the years went on, the fun continued but I found myself also thinking about my future and how I want softball to be a part of it. I love everything about softball. I began thinking about college and continuing my passion for the game. In high school, grades have to be passing in order to play any sport. For me, I needed to do better than that. I have been able to keep my GPA at a 4.0 every year while playing volleyball, basketball, softball, and soccer. In high school, I lettered in varsity soccer and softball my freshman year and still maintained a straight-A average by coming to class in the morning to keep myself from falling behind. I love being on a team that works together and supports each other. I was able to play on a Montana Select team and we took 4th at Nationals. It was an amazing team and a wonderful experience. I loved being able to play with them because we all made an amazing team and supported each other. I am hardworking, strong, fast and I have a strong mental game. I am very reflective and am very coachable. As a sophomore, my family has moved to Monticello, Minnesota. I am a two-sport athlete with softball and soccer. Soccer helps my stamina and as a goalie, I work on anticipation and quickness. This helps me be ready for softball. I look forward to my future in softball.
