Personal Statement
I started playing softball when I was around 6 or 7 years old. I've always loved the idea of playing softball at the college level but softball, to me, was more of something that my dad and I share. I would love to play in college because I worked for most of my life at it and on improving my skills. I would also love to make all those who have helped me along the way proud by doing well in college. I believe I can compete and perform alongside many college players and it could allow for great leadership opportunities.
I enjoy leading and working with my team so we can be the best we can be. I work well with my coaches so I can learn new skills and perform well. I also lead and encourage my teammates so we can be a better team altogether. I'm hardworking, determined, and a team player.
In school, I have a 4.0 GPA and enjoy being a part of many clubs and teams. I'm a member of our student council and national honor society along with the speech and debate team and the robotics club.
I would love to attend a college where I can receive high-level education that will help me in future careers. I would also love to play for the softball team. I hope to become a respected student and teammate at any school I attend.
