Ella Schouten '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a 5'11" pitcher and center fielder from Columbia, MO and I will graduate in 2021. I have played softball for over 9 years and would like to continue my career at the college level.  I have a 3.85 GPA and have participated in Student Council and Mentoring Club along with other organizations. I made varsity my freshman year and have been my club team captain for the past 3 years. I would like to continue my career at a larger college that also has a good academic reputation. I would like to attend a college in the Midwest and be close to home but I am open to different types of schools in different places. Ideally, I want to play at the highest level I can, while still getting a good education, being a positive teammate for the team, and a role model at my school.
