Elisa Schmitt '23 Recruiting Profile

Softball has been a part of my life since I was young and it has always been a life goal of mine to play in college. Not only do I put work on the field with practices, lessons, or small drills on my own time, I also put work into the classroom. I have maintained a high gpa while being a three sport athlete. I'm a leader on and off the field and not only do I try to help myself get better, I try and help those around me get better. For college, I'm hoping to have a challenge not only athletically but academically too, where I can pursue my dreams of playing college softball while trying to achieve my career dream which is becoming a chemical engineer.
