Paige Osifchin '10 Recruiting Profile

I have participated in school sports since Kindergarten and have played various sports throughout my athletic career. While I have been active in volleyball (Freshman year) and field hockey (Junior Year), softball has really been my passion since the 5th grade when I started playing. Participating in softball has taught me how to be a better leader and how to work with people. It has helped me learn time management and the importance of balancing my athletic interests with academics. Being on a team has also taught me the importance of commitment and has strengthened my self-confidence. I hope to continue to play softball in college because I value the lessons learned as well as the competition. I think these skills will serve me well in whatever career I ultimately pursue as they are important life skills which will help me be successful.
