My name is Ashley Saab and I am 5'5" 130lbs, in my junior year of high school l . I play Softball for Indian Hills High school in Oakland, NJ. I am a catcher and my job is to support my team and my pitchers, call pitches and make plays to guide the team to a victory. I am working very hard on my skills and talent as well as my own leadership on the field. On offense making contact is crucial. I am a power hitter that finds the outfield wall/fence very well.
I am strong minded individual that strives to be the best on and off the field. I believe improving is connected to hard work, which I am not afraid to do. Besides playing softball in high school, I also play for a NJ Heist 18U Club team.
With regards to a specific location or college campus, I am extremely open to where I will attend. The experience of living in a new environment and city is exciting. Currently, I plan on majoring in Pre-med/Biology. I am interested in attending a school that will allow me to play at the highest competitive level possible. I want to find a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field and always give 110% in everything I do.
Softball has taught me so many wonderful, powerful lessons like never given up and always believe in yourself. I am also determined to make an impact in my college career both athletically and academic. I am open to all levels of school ( D1-D3)
