I started playing tee ball at the age of 5 , I wasn't very good but I was happy on the field. I started playing softball at age 8 and since then I have been in love with the sport . I'm now about to turn 16 and I've learned to grow and become a stronger athlete and individual in general. Softball taught me friendships and taught me how to be a stronger minded person . The game is a game of failure but I drive for success at the end of the day . I push myself to be better each game I set a goal for myself and if I don't reach it I work harder at home and at practice to reach it . The moral of the story is I don't come from a privileged place but I sure can play my position well and am ready to continue to grow. College is a definite thing whether I pursue the sport or not.
