My dream is to someday be a starting pitcher for a college team. I have been pitching since I was seven years old. My dream to play for a college team hit me when I went to the Jenny Finch camp in October of 2010, and had the opportunity to be trained for the day by Jennie Finch I was picked out of 525 girls and she picked me it was awesome. I also learned drills and techniques from the USA gold medal team that fall, and that is when I knew I wanted to play softball at college. I am not sure what exactly I want to major in at college I do know it will be in the athletic or teaching fields. I have overcome so much adversity in my varsity softball career as a pitcher. I have proved to my coaches and myself that I can be a team leader and just about fill any position that needed to be filled. Being a student with ADHD I have overcome so many obstacles with teachers and grades and proved to everyone I can do this. I can excel in what ever I want to do or become. If I believe in my dream and work hard at it someday it will be my realty and know I did my very best as a student a teammate.
