Personal Statement

I have been playing softball since I was 7 and I started travel softball when I was 10. I've been pitching for 6 years and my goal is to be able to play at a collegiate level.  I am a team player and I always give 100% no matter what the situation is.  I train and work hard all year round in softball and my school work, I consider myself a "student athlete" not an "athlete student"  I strive to be the best and as a pitcher I have the mental toughness to get through.  I am quiet and humble and I know that there is someone out there that could be better than me and that's my motivation to work hard and be the best I can be.
