Ja'mya Hansley '25 Recruiting Profile

Hey, my name is Jamya Hansley. I’m currently 16 years old. I’ve only been playing for 4 years, starting on my 5th year. Although ive been playing for a short period of time I have absorbed to the game quickly but I still have have room to grow. I’ve learned/learning to play every position except pitcher and catcher. I am a team player and I always put in my maximum effort. I’m willing to play any position my team needs me to. My long term goal is to play at the collegiate level and my short term goal is to keep being a student of the game. Most importantly I put the same amount of due diligence and effort into my academics as much as my softball. For example I maintain a 4.18 gpa and I’m a member of The National Honors Society.
