Hailey Griffin '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hailey Griffin. I am currently a senior at Madison High School in Marshall, North Carolina. While still in high school I have begun enrolling in nursing classes and will graduate high school as a licensed CNA. My collegiate goals are to continue the path to nursing through working towards a BSN. I have dreamed of playing college softball since I was a kid. I have a love for this sport like no other. I believe that I am a good candidate for any team because I am an extremely coachable kid and I am very hardworking. I take criticism well and am always looking for how I can improve and become a better player and teammate. I love the family aspect that comes from being part of a team and working together to reach a common goal. In school I participate in National Honors Society and various school improvement and leadership teams. My hardworking mindset has kept me with all A's throughout middle school and all the way through high school. I adapt to new environments quickly and believe that I could fit in most anywhere.
