Morgan Pass, Age 13
I started playing softball when I was 10 years old for the Indian Trail Athletic Association on a recreational team. The name of my first team was the Indian Trail Crushers. Since then, I’ve played on several recreational and travel teams. I’ve also played on my middle school softball team. I am now playing for the Carolina Curve, a 14U travel softball team.
Once I started playing softball, I knew I wanted to play softball in school and in college. So, I have been pushing myself to work hard in everything I do. I try to do well in school, play well in sports and be an all-around good kid. I do my best to improve as an athlete, a student and as a person. And my parents have contributed a big role in helping to me to achieve my goal.
My hobbies include reading, watching movies, playing video games and hanging out with my friends. I also love to solve mysteries and investigate crime scenes. Although I’m not sure what I want to major in while in college, I would like to possibly look into crime investigation as a career choice, so that I can help solve crimes and keep my community safe.
