Erin Thibault '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Erin Thibault, 

I am a rising Junior who attends Richlands High School in Eastern North Carolina. I have an interest in Psychology as my major and my goal is to play D1 Softball in college. I have been playing competitive travel softball for the past 7 years, I work with a strength coach and attend physical therapy in order to stay healthy for competitive play. I am a catcher and play 3rd base, however I am comfortable playing anywhere my team needs me. I believe in the team, for example in a tournament a walk is as good as a hit and I have to play smart in order to be productive for my team, even if that means taking a walk instead of hitting the ball. I am ready to attend camps and have the full support of my parents to help me achieve my goal. I also believe that I have to be a great student as well and not just focus on softball. I am really looking forward to the new experiences in my future and know that if I continue to work hard I will be able to reach my goal.
