Maaika Dones '21 Recruiting Profile

I am a single child, raised by a single mother until my step-father came along. She followed her dream of playing collegiate sports and furthering her education and I was aspired by her determination to do the same. I want to follow in her footsteps by one day obtaining a college degree while playing the sport that I love and respect. I am a well rounded individual. I care for others as much as I care for myself. I practice and train while others are asleep. I love going to school and furthering my education by always being on time, never missing school and always volunteering. During Middle School I was Student Government President; maintain an A-average while playing volleyball, basketball and softball.
