Hi my name is Tayler Tussing, but I go by Tayler Avery. I am in the graduating class of 2022 at Elmwood High School in Bloomdale, Ohio. Throughout my years of school I have been able to excel in both academics and athletics. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and take college classes while balancing Softball for 2 teams, Cheerleading for 2 teams, Dance, and Powerlifting. My main position is catcher, but I am willing/able to play anywhere my coach would need me. I am looking foward to hopefully continue my academic and athletic career.

- 01/08/2021 - 2021 Softball Factory Pre-Season Prospects Tournament Tayler is a C/OF prospect who showcased her skills during the Pre-Season Prospects Tournament. Behind the plate, Tayler sits in an athletic stance and receives with a firm glove. Her exchange is clean and she gets rid of the ball quickly, making strong/accurate throws through the 2B bag. She is smooth moving to block and centers the ball in the middle of her body. At the plate, this RHH sets up in an open stance and takes a soft stride. She is controlled getting into a simple load and produces loud contact. Overall, Tayler is a solid prospect who has the potential to further build upon her skills on the field.
