Gracie Taylor '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Gracie Taylor and I’m 18 years old. I currently attend Oakwood High School in Dayton, Ohio.  I am originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee and consider myself a southern girl at heart.  I have been playing travel softball for eight years and love the sport with an incredible passion.  My dad was my first coach and basically showed me the game and ever since, I have loved the sport. I have played for the Miami Valley Xpress,  Cincy Slammers Gold 04.   I primarily play the corners but have also played left and right field.  I attend speed and agility training to help improve my reaction time and speed to gain a faster softball mentality. I have also been taking hitting lessons weekly for the last 7 years to increase my hitting power. I have a team first attitude and look forward to hopefully playing at the collegiate level!
