just an update on how my junior season went in high school and my summer travel. 

As far as high school goes it could not have gone any better!!  I finished the season batting a .488 avg with 9 HRs.  I am also the starting pitcher since my freshman year and although Ive kind of backed away from a pitchers role in travel ball I still pitch in high school.  I ended the season with over 130 strikeouts starting 15 games.  When I’m not pitching I am the starting Shortstop.  I won many awards for my junior season to include All Eastern Ohio District, 1st team all Buckeye 8 Conference, All YSN all star team, 1st team All Ohio Valley Athletic Conference,  which is actually the largest high school athletic conference in the United States!! I was also one of 3 finalists for Player of the Year in the OVAC.  It was a great year and I’m still looking for that one college that could use me on their team so I can continue my athletic and academic career.  For travel ball this year we fielded a great team I was tied for the lead in our team in HRs and batted over .420  I played mostly 2B and OF.  I did pitch a few times in relief and pitched well.  This will be my final season in HS as well as travel ball and I really hope I can get noticed by a great school  I’ve posted many videos from my work ethic on offense and defense. I practice a ton always trying to get myself better. I also posted some videos of actual game footage of some of my Hrs that I hit throughout the year. I hope this coming season will even be better I can’t wait!!  

My name is Olivia Keller I am a sophomore this year at Beaver Local High School located in East Liverpool Ohio. I believe I have a number of strengths as a player.  I play every position on the field except catcher.  As far as my pitching goes I have 5 different pitches that I pitch with good velocity and accuracy. My pitches include fastballs, curveball, screwball, rise ball and changeup. My speeds on my curveballs and fastballs are around 55 mph my screwballs are around 54 mph and my changeup come In Anywhere from 42-46 mph. I believe i am one of the best pitchers u can find that has the accuracy/speed combo that I have at my age and I am only working harder everyday to get better with my speed and accuracy.  I started my freshman year for varsity I played either 3rd base, shortstop and pitcher. Playing in every game and never leaving the field. I have a very strong bat that I can hit with lots of power and use my great bunting ability when needed. I am also in the gifted program at school while maintaining an A average.  This year I will be playing for the Ohio Blast travel team batting 3rd and being able to play everywhere.  I hope one day to become a great college player and be able to enjoy all the excitement that I see when I watch it on tv but even more importantly I hope to get a great college education so I can become a anesthesiologist after college.

I had a great freshman year and another great travel ball year. I started every game at either 3B or pitcher for my high school team as a freshman. I also finished the year with a 4.0 gpa. I become stronger and stronger year after year and my goal is to play for a great college with a great sports program and also one that will let me get a great education. I have been getting better and better at the plate and playing in the field. I played every position in the field this year with my travel team except catching. I have 3 years left in high school and I hope to hear something soon  from a great college.
