Hannah Marlow '23 Recruiting Profile

The beginning of my love for softball began when I played tee-ball in a local league. That love has developed over the past ten years as I continue to play as a 16-year-old with my travel team. During this time, I've been able to grow in my physical skill and my softball IQ. A highlight in my career has been winning a national championship a few years back. That season we had won several tournaments. However, my team faced many changes the following season and struggled to play together as a whole. I feel that situation allowed me to grow as a player and a person. I've been able to develop my mental toughness to push through hard times not just on the field but in the classroom as well. 

I've learned through the years how to be coachable and step up as a leader when one is needed. I am looking for a college that fits me academically and athletically. I believe I have developed the talent to compete with other college athletes, but I have also developed a strong work ethic, a passion for the sport, and a loving character towards my fellow teammates. I know that I can make a great impact on your team and would love to earn a position!
